四軸撕碎機是怎么工作的呢？

四軸撕碎機是一種新型的撕碎機，是由4組撕碎刀片組、承載箱體、箱體支架、進料系統、動力系統，電器控制系統組成。用于撕碎金屬桶、冰箱、橡膠、塑料、輪胎等廢舊物料。它的工作原理：將需要撕碎的廢舊物料通過四軸撕碎機的進料系統進入撕碎箱體內部，箱體上承載有四組刀片工具，物料在經過四組刀片的撕扯、擠壓、剪切等綜合作用力的作用破碎下，被撕碎成小塊的物料；當物料的尺寸小于篩網孔時物料在重力和擠壓力的作用下，會從箱體下部篩網孔排出，而較大的物料將繼續留在破碎腔內破碎直至尺寸小于篩網孔。以上就是四軸撕碎機的工作原理，你了解了嗎？
